Hi John,
The girls cleaned our house today as usual.
I just wanted to say they normally do a great job, but today they did an extra great job.
As soon as we entered the house today and looked around we could see the attention to detail and some of the extra little touches here and there the girls had done.
Please let them know what a great job they do for us.

I do appreciate that she is coming into town to do the job, and if there became a stage that the cost of travel makes her feel it is not worthwhile then do not feel you cannot approach us to maintain her (or someone elses servicesn if she were to leave ) by increasing the fee to compensate.
I know how hard it is to find good people !
