POSITIONS VACANT

We are in urgent need of suitably qualified cleaning staff to clean homes and Offices within the Campbelltown, Camden, and Picton council areas.

Before you apply you must pass the following:-
1. Hold a current car drivers license.
2. Have access to a small car to travel to various locations.
3. Be willing to obtain a Business ABN as you will be classified as a Sub Contractor.
4. Be able to prove through reliable references that you have not been convicted of any crimes of a security nature.
5. To reside within the Campbelltown, Camden, and Picton council areas.
6. Have experience in Cleaning Residential homes on a professional basis,be able to speak and understand written english or are willing to be trained on a Trainees Wage.

Positions currently available:-
MALE: one(1) only. Able to carry out Window Cleaning, Lawn Mowing and Rubbish Removal duties as well as assisting female cleaning staff.
FEMALE: Four(4) only. Be able to pass the above conditions.

Hours of Work:-
Generally 9.00am to 3.00pm Monday through Friday with occassional Saturday's if required. If you are a student or caring for children and cannot work these hours please do not apply

Rates of Pay:-
$20.00 per hour as a Sub Contractor/ $12.00 per hour as a Trainee. No tax deducted.
Responsible for own tax payments and returns. No Superannuation.
Payments for work completed paid each Tuesday.

Insurances:- Covered for Public Liability but Personal Accident Insurance responsibility of Sub Contractor.

Use of Car:- The Sub Contractor is responsible for petrol and car maintenance however longer travel
to area extremities will be paid by the principal.
